What’s the difference between the different types of campaign available in Xendby?
There are four different types of campaign in Xendby:
- Static: A static campaign is only sent once and on a fixed date. For instance, to inform the users about the results of a tournament that took place in the club.
- Automatic by frequency: it can be sent multiple times per user, in a determined frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, etcetera). For example, to wish your clients a happy birthday, using an automatic and personalised email, once a year.
- Single automatic: In this case, the campaign is only sent once per contact. For instance, when users are registered, they will receive a welcome email automatically.
- Triggered: These campaigns are sent when a specific event occurs in the system. For example, every time a client makes a reservation in Golfmanager, they will receive an automatic booking confirmation email.
