The website www.inone.es (hereinafter and indistinctly, ‘the Website’) is a website owned by Bitabit Technologies S.L. (hereinafter and indistinctly, ‘BITABIT’). BITABIT offers on the website information about its online shop and e-commerce creation services, although it is not possible to contract certain services electronically. The website does not require prior registration for viewing. However, the activity and purposes of this entity require the processing of personal data. Such processing is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (RGPD) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

c) Purpose and basis of legitimacy of the processing of personal data
Bitabit processes your data in accordance with the purposes and bases of legitimacy indicated below depending on the processing of the same and the relationship we maintain with you:
1. Contacts
The purpose for which BITABIT processes the data you provide us with is to manage enquiries received from potential customers.
Likewise, provided that you have expressly consented to this by ticking the boxes established for this purpose on the form, we will process your data to carry out promotional, advertising or commercial actions and communications, by different means including electronic means, of products and/or services that we consider to be of interest to you.
We may also process your data in an anonymised form to compile statistics and carry out surveys of our products or sales processes in order to carry out improvements, marketing actions and developments.
The legal basis for the processing of your data for the purposes detailed in the previous section are as follows: (i) For the preparation of statistics and surveys the legal basis is the legitimate interest of BITABIT (art. 6.1. f) RGPD) and (ii) for the rest of the purposes the legal basis for the rest of the purposes is your consent (art. 6.1. a) RGPD).
2. Candidates
BITABIT processes the data you provide us with in order to manage your application for the selection processes for the vacant positions offered by BITABIT. For this purpose, you must send us your CV to administracion@inone.es. BITABIT will not make automated decisions based on your professional profile.
The legal basis for the processing of your data by BITABIT is the processing necessary for the performance of a contract or the establishment of pre-contractual measures and your consent when expressly required (art. 6.1. a) and b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
The processing of your data for stated purposes and based on the consent requested may be revoked at any time.
3. Suppliers
BITABIT processes the data you provide us with in order to manage the commercial relationship (presentation of projects, offers and budgets) and/or contractual relationship (supplier, accounting, tax and administrative management) and to maintain the relationships necessary for the execution of said contractual relationship (delivery of products and/or provision of services of the contracted services and all the necessary steps for this purpose).
The legal basis for the processing of your data is the execution of the contract or for the application of pre-contractual measures at your request, as provided for in art. 6.1. b) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Likewise, in legitimate interest (art. 6.1. f) of the General Data Protection Regulation) BITABIT will process data of natural persons, individual entrepreneurs or liberal professionals that are necessary for the purpose of the Service Contract, processing only the minimum data for their professional location and only for the purpose of maintaining the relationship with respect to the contract signed with the legal entity in which the affected person provides their services.
d) Accuracy of the data
In any case, you guarantee that the data provided are true, accurate, complete and up to date, being responsible for any damage or loss, direct or indirect, that may be caused as a result of non-compliance with this obligation.
e) Communication of data
No communication of data to third parties is foreseen, unless legally obliged to do so. Said communications shall be carried out, in all cases, in compliance with all the legally established guarantees.
In the event of considering the possibility of transferring your data for other circumstances, you will be asked for your explicit consent.
Notwithstanding the above, BITABIT informs you that your data may be processed by third party companies contracted by BITABIT. In such cases, the corresponding processing contract will be signed between the parties, and it is an essential requirement for the formalisation of this contract that the service provider is aware of the existing regulations on the protection of personal data and that compliance with them is guaranteed during the development of the contract.
f) International data transfers
BITABIT informs you that international transfers of your personal data will not be carried out. In the event that an international transfer of your data is necessary, BITABIT will transfer your data to countries that have been granted an adequacy decision by the European Commission or to countries whose regulatory framework for the protection of personal data offers sufficient protection and guarantees in accordance with current legislation.
g) Rights
Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not BITABIT is processing personal data concerning them. They may exercise the rights conferred by current legislation: the right of access, rectification, deletion and opposition, limitation of processing, data portability and the right not to be subject to automated individualised decisions.

BITABIT guarantees the adoption of the necessary measures to ensure the exercise of these rights free of charge; the request must be addressed to BITABIT as the data controller, to the postal or e-mail address listed in the ‘Data Controller’ section of this Privacy Policy, indicating the reference ‘Data Protection’.
As these are very personal rights, the request must state: Name, surname(s), the request in which the request is made, address for notification purposes and/or e-mail address. BITABIT may ask for your National Identity Document if there are reasonable doubts in the verification of your identity. If you are not satisfied with BITABIT’s response to the exercise of your rights, you have the right to claim before the Supervisory Authority (Spanish Data Protection Agency) for the protection of your rights.
h) Retention of data
BITABIT informs you that we will process and keep your data as long as it is necessary in order to use them in accordance with the purpose and legal basis of the processing for which they were collected, and provided that you do not object or expressly revoke your consent in the event that this was the basis of legitimisation. We will also process your data to comply with the requirements of applicable law, to prevent unlawful actions, to resolve disputes, to solve problems, to perform our contract and other actions permitted by law such as the formulation, exercise or defence of claims. After the statutory limitation periods, in accordance with applicable commercial and tax law, we will delete and/or block them in accordance with our data retention and deletion policy.
The data processed for selection processes will be processed as long as they are necessary in accordance with the purpose and legal basis of the processing for which they were collected and the interested party does not oppose or expressly revoke their consent in the event that this was the basis for legitimisation. BITABIT will process and store the data you provide us with, unless you revoke your consent or object to such processing, only for the duration of the selection process for which you submitted your application, destroying them when BITABIT notifies you that your application has been rejected, unless in such communication you are asked to keep them for other selection processes that are deemed appropriate.
In accordance with industry standards, BITABIT informs you that it maintains technical and organisational measures against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss or alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access and other unlawful forms or procedures. In this sense, BITABIT will adopt the appropriate security measures to prevent the alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access to your data. Likewise, it will inform those who have access to your data of their obligations regarding security, confidentiality and their duty to maintain secrecy.
